The fourth album by Desolate Shrine is all about atmosphere. It has an atmosphere that reminds me of Gorguts Colored Sands or even a Deathspell Omega album. It’s got that dissonance of a later Immolation album with all of the eerie sounds. Pretty amazing blackened Death Metal. This band does not ever disappoint or put out anything bad. onorato73

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
